Bookings
An enquiry does not guarantee a place. A booking is confirmed only when Path2Pro agrees the session, date, location and any applicable payment arrangements directly with the parent, guardian or responsible adult.
Players under 18
A parent or guardian must make or approve the booking, provide accurate contact details and disclose relevant medical, allergy, accessibility or safeguarding information before participation.
Participation and safety
Players should arrive with suitable clothing, footwear, drinks and any required medication. Parents and guardians must ensure a player is fit to take part and follow reasonable safety instructions. Path2Pro may adapt or stop an activity where safety requires it.
Venues and belongings
Sessions may take place at third-party venues, including the locations listed on this site. Venue rules apply. Personal belongings remain the responsibility of players and accompanying adults.
Photography
No permission to use a player’s image is created by these website terms. Any photography or filming permissions should be discussed and agreed separately with the parent or guardian.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Path2Pro is not responsible for losses that could not reasonably have been anticipated when a booking was made.
